As an OInside Sales Supervisor you will be tasked to maximize revenue for a designated account package by growing sales within aligned accounts, expanding customer contacts, identifying and developing new sales opportunities while positioning Alexander/Ryan Marine and Safety value proposition and overall service and sales capabilities.


This position is in Houston, TX.


  • Exceed revenue goals for aligned accounts while meeting individual Key Performance Indicators
  • Acts with a sense of urgency to meet all customers needs in a timely and effective manner
  • Utilizes a hunter mentality within their aligned accounts.
  • Ensure a living sales pipeline is in place for each aligned account that promotes ARMS product lines diversification
  • Fully demonstrate individual accountability towards utilization of ARMS sales management resources and tools
  • Engage with all ARMS product line support team members to enable proper utilization towards closing pipelines
  • Understand ARMS Value Proposition and clearly articulate with customers to ensure our value leads to profitable sales
  • Establish customer and market priorities to execute a strategic course of action to accomplish sales goals
  • Develop account plans for each aligned account to ensure strategies are outlined and sales process steps are defined
  • Communicate regularly with ARMS CSR-Team to ensure clear communication on customers needs and expectations
  • Demonstrate full compliance to company sales and pricing guidelines
  • Regularly engage with supplier contacts to help reinforce their product, solution and capabilities within your accounts
  • Hold quarterly business reviews with your top aligned accounts leadership team and business influencers
  • Has responsibility for generating positive sales growth for an average of 30-35 current accounts and average of $2 to $4M dollars annually


  • 4 year degree and 10 years of experience in account managment and sales roles, or an equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Knowledge of the marine and off-shore oil indistries
  • Self-motivated, possessing a high energy level and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required
  • Business acumen around sales forecasting opportunity management, customer planning and time management
  • Ability to listen, gain trust and bring to closure an action, project, resolution or sales opportunity
  • Ability to clearly articulate business drivers, understand key financial and total cost of ownership concepts
  • Ability to utilize sales process to uncover customer objections/concerns, and align the appropriate ARMS solutions
  • Strong process discipline, ability to align planning objectives with a pipeline development process to grow and develop market  revenue
  • Creative thinker who strives to uncover a solution that will exceed a customers level of expectation
