  • Overview

    Able to provide technical assistance to Customers to ensure the proper installation and operation of Company product

    Responsibilities

    • Expert product knowledge coupled with experience in the use and installation of product
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Be very accurate, responsible and tactful in dealing with a multitude of customers at all levels
    • Be able to transfer product knowledge and procedures into training of support center personnel
    • Travel to training centers and product shows as necessary, to include international
    • Liaise with Production and Engineering departments in feedback and field support issues, product failures and investigations
    • Support the Repair technicians as necessary

    Qualifications

    • 2 year college or technical school; Bachelor’s preferred
    • Avionics training through civilian or military schools
    • Good Micro-Soft Office skills a must
    • Computer and website navigation skills required
    • Strong Customer service and communication skills
    • Experience dealing with aviation OEMS preferred
    • Excellent phone skills required, as well as, good organizational skills
    • Knowledge of marine and aviation products helpful
