The FSR Project Coordinator will, under minimal supervision, be responsible for supporting and managing customer order requirements at designated ports throughout the America's Region. The FSR Project Coordinator position can operate in a very international environment, both in the region and with colleagues in other locations. The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of customer orders in the ports, both equipment and services. This can be done from our own Fire, Safety & Rescue location, the relevant Authorized Service Provider (ASP), or from third party vendors.

This position under broad supervision of the Manager of Data Quality Management will implement and support enterprise data policies, standards, and processes. Monitor compliance of enterprise data policies across the organization to ensure high quality and available data within the organization. Engage in proactive development of continuous process improvement in the sustainability of data quality practices. This position performs data analysis, reporting, and requires exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and consistency of data stored in databases through analysis, data entry, writing, clear documentation and problem resolution. This position routinely interacts with internal and external customers to ensure the accurate and complete collection of end-to-end data flows.

The Purchasing Manager II is responsible for ensuring the global purchasing function delivers an uninterrupted supply of materials at optimum cost and will manage a wide range of purchasing activities through direct and indirect global subordinates. This is a temporary-to-permanent position.  The Customer Service Representative (CSR) team is responsible for serving as the customer's main point of contact for quoting and placing orders for Drew Marine and/or ACR/Artex (ACR Electronics, Inc.) products and services and assisting in the resolution to a customer's inquiry or issue. Helping to manage the customer relationship on behalf of the business and managing the entire quote-to-order to invoice process, assisting with the collections process. This role will operate in an international environment, while working collaboratively with the Account Sales teams, Global Port Coordination, Billing, Data Management and Credit/Collection teams. These interactions will support the required growing knowledge and understanding of contracts/pricing, the Global Supply network and Drew Marine and/or ACR/Artex (ACR Electronics, Inc.) products and services.

Lead the Water Treatment business within the organization.  This important position owns the Water Treatment program and will be primarily responsible for evaluating opportunities, performing capability assessments, assembling programs to serve current and future needs of the maritime Water treatment program as well as maintain the efficacy and advancement of current programs in Water Treatment.
